2025 Big Blue Sale Terms & Conditions

The offer applies to bookings made between Monday 30 December 2024 and Thursday 23 January 2025.
The offer is available on over 1500 selected departures of selected Explore small group trips worldwide for departures between 1 April and 31 December 2025. Excludes exclusive & Private groups and Galapagos cruises.
Certain departure dates also include a discounted Single Room option. These are subject to availability.
The discount has already been applied to the quoted land only, twin share price of the trip on the Explore website, and the Single Room option discount (where applicable). There is no need to quote a discount code.
The discount is off the tour price only; additional services such as flights, additional hotel nights and transfers are not discounted.
We regret the discount cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
As per our standard terms & conditions, it is not possible to cancel and rebook back onto the original departure date to take advantage of any current special offer.
The offer can be used in conjunction with the Explore Loyalty Discount but only for tours discounted by 10%, where a maximum Loyalty discount of 5% can be applied. Tours discounted by 15% and 20% are not eligible for Loyalty discount.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with Sign-up offers and the Recommend a Friend Offer.
This offer is available to customers booking directly with Explore as well as customers booking indirectly through travel agencies, both from the UK and overseas. 
For Polar tours, loyalty discounts can be applied to any discount level. Details correct at time of print, trips might be withdrawn at any time. For full Ts&Cs and special polar departure details go to explore.co.uk/Big-Icy-Blue-Sale.
